Absolutely! We encourage expectant moms to continue to exercise throughout their pregnancies as long as exercise has been approved by their physician. Instructors are each certified to lead our professionally-designed pre/postnatal fitness programs, each of which follows the latest American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) guidelines. We can modify any exercise that poses a challenge as you progress through your pregnancy.
Exercise during pregnancy has proven beneficial and helps improve the following:

Self-esteem, sense of well-being
Postpartum recovery time
