Open Yoga

Open Yoga will allow you to move with your breath while strengthening your core and your whole body. You will move mindfully while building both strength and balance on the yoga mat. Enjoy slowing down, getting in touch with your mind and body, and honoring your inner self.

This program is in partnership with Village Wellness and Marissa Elliott Yoga.

What are some of the benefits of yoga?

There are so many benefits! Studies show that a weekly yoga practice improves physical strength, tone, balance, and flexibility. Yoga can help manage pain and/or stress levels while promoting mind-body connection. It helps increase energy levels, vitality, and self-care habits. Yoga is a great way to begin a fitness regimen, or to support and enhance an existing athletic practice. Come see for yourself!
