Open Yoga will allow you to move with your breath while strengthening your core and your whole body. You will move mindfully while building both strength and balance on the yoga mat. Enjoy slowing down, getting in touch with your mind and body, and honoring your inner self.

Who can attend this class?
Open Yoga is for everyone! This class provides a welcoming environment for anyone in our community, regardless of ability level, gender, age (13+), or any other classifications. Open Yoga is also prenatal-friendly. Please feel free to join us, all!
Where do we meet?
In the warmer months we meet outside at the Piney Orchard Community Center, 2400 Stream Valley Drive, Odenton. When we are indoors we meet at the Wellness Center, 375 Gambrills Road.
What do I need to bring to class?
- Bring a yoga mat and/or block if you have one (we have extra, too!).
- Please wear exercise attire to allow your full range of motion.
- Don't forget your water!
